The Feat platform confirms with users:

Feat and user have read all terms and conditions of this user agreement (the "agreement"); When you click the agree user agreement button and choose to continue to complete the registration, we will consider that you and Feat have agreed to the full set of agreed rules including this agreement and agree to use them as the basis for determining the rights and obligations of both parties.
Feat will update the contents of this agreement from time to time, at which time we will notify you; If you have any questions, please contact customer service. If you do not accept the revised terms, please discontinue all services provided by Feat immediately.

I. Personal privacy

Feat respects the privacy of each user; User information or stored non-public content shall not be disclosed publicly except for reasons required or explicitly authorized by law or by government authorities authorized by law. In addition, we will also through technology, strengthen internal management and other means to fully protect the privacy of users.
To operate and improve Feat technology and services, Feat will use the non-personal information of its users from other formal sources, which will help Feat provide you with a better experience and quality of service.

II. User Usage Rules

Feat's normal operation or the use of Feat by other users shall not be interfered with by any technical means or otherwise.
Users shall ensure the authenticity, legality and validity of their personal information; When Feat verifies that the user provides incorrect, false, invalid or incomplete information, we have the right to notify the user to correct, we will register their account if necessary, and we will suspend and terminate Feat's services to them.
Users shall comply with the requirements of laws and policies and shall not engage in illegal or other activities that impair the rights and interests of the website or third parties at Feat or by using Feat; For example, sending or receiving messages or comments that violate laws and regulations, violate public order or infringe upon the rights and interests of others.
For malicious registration, repeated trading refunds, and disruption of trading order, Feat will stop providing services to them, suspend their accounts, and pursue legal liabilities.
Users shall not make false evaluations or complaints against the seller, and shall not maliciously defame the reputation of Feat platform or merchants by means of fictitious facts.
Users shall not use Feat to create, upload, copy, publish, disseminate or republish the following contents:
- Opposition to the basic principles established by the constitution;
- Endangering state security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;
- Harming the honor and interests of the state;
- Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;
- Sabotaging the state religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
- Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
- Insulting or slandering others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
- Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations;

III. Payment Transaction Rules

Users shall abide by all provisions of this agreement and the terms of service and operating rules on payment transactions issued by the platform from time to time.

One of the basic requirements for selling services to other users is that the necessary user profile must be completed in the Feat process.
The service items created by each user must be reasonable and legal; Feat will review each project. Information about violations cannot be submitted successfully.
Both parties shall ensure that all the information provided in the registration and submission of the order, such as name, contact information and contact address, is true, complete and accurate, and shall timely update such information when it is changed and inform the other party through the message assistant.
Prior to the commencement of the service, the buyer shall pay the full amount of the guarantee as a proof of competency to Feat platform; If the buyer chooses to refund before the service begins, the platform will make a judgment and complete the refund in the first time.
Feat shall have the right to accept seller's request for a change in service hours before or after successful payment if circumstances so warrant, and to proceed with the transaction if buyer accepts, or to cancel the order and request a refund if not.
When the buyer confirmation service is completed (it can only be confirmed by the buyer), the system will transfer the money to the seller automatically. If the seller fails to bind the account or the account information is wrong, the platform will re-transfer the money after 24 hours until the transfer is successful.
In the process of service, if the service provided by the other party is found to have quality, service attitude and other problems, you can directly initiate a refund application. The rules are as follows:

The buyer applies for a refund when the service is in progress or after the service is completed. If the seller also refutes, the order will be immediately fed back to the platform, and the platform will finally review and determine;
When there is a malicious application for refund, the platform will give users a warning, and if serious, the account will be closed;

8. Upon completion of the services, the parties shall have the right to request invoices, payment vouchers or service documents for the services.

IV. Intellectual Property

Multi-person free writing is one of the main functions of Feat. We respect and encourage original content and are committed to protecting intellectual property as one of the basic principles of product operation.

The design, layout, typesetting, text and pictures contained in each item shall be protected by copyright, trademark rights and other laws; Without the consent of the relevant right holder (including Feat and original right holder), any platform shall not be directly reproduced and published or used for any other commercial purposes.
Each user shall ensure that the content uploaded or published by Feat is legally authorized and will not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party; If a third party raises an objection about the copyright, Feat will delete the relevant content according to the actual situation, and has the right to pursue the legal liability of the user. In the event of a loss to Feat or any third party, customer shall be fully liable.
No content published on Feat may be republished or licensed for use on any other website (media). If found, Feat will immediately remove the content and give the user a warning.
To facilitate knowledge sharing and dissemination, we grant the platform free access to all content published by the default user on Feat, and Feat reserves the right to use such content for various forms of products and services on the platform, including but not limited to websites, applications or other Internet products.
If an off-site third party violates the relevant rights of Feat users, users may authorize Feat to warn such third party on its behalf, initiate administrative enforcement, litigation, or negotiate a settlement; Users will participate in joint rights protection if the Feat platform deems it necessary.

V. Content reporting

As one of the major features of Feat, we place a high value on the balance between free expression and the legitimate rights of individuals and businesses.

1. Scope of acceptance:

Accept the infringement reports of individuals' legitimate rights and interests on Feat platform, including but not limited to personal privacy, rumor and libel, and commercial infringement.

2. Processing flow:

If an individual or enterprise finds any content on Feat that violates its legal rights and interests, you can first try to get in touch with the infringer and solve the problem through communication and negotiation. If you cannot contact the author or communicate with the author to solve the problem, you can complain to Feat platform via the report button. In order to ensure that the problem can be dealt with in a timely and effective manner, please be sure to submit true, valid, complete and clear materials, otherwise the complaint will not be accepted.

The complaint materials that users need to provide to Feat platform include:

Rights holders have trademark rights, copyrights, or other ownership rights that can be exercised according to law (the title certificate is usually a business license or an organization code certificate)
Proof of identity of the informant, which may be his identity card or passport;
If the informant is not the right holder, the informant shall provide written authorization to report on behalf of the right holder;

3. To ensure the authenticity of the complaint materials, users also need to sign the following legal declaration in the infringement report:

I am the legal right holder of the reported content;
The content of my report published on Feat platform violated my legitimate rights and interests;
If the contents of my infringement report are not completely true, I will bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom and compensate Feat platform for any loss caused by its handling of the relevant account according to the notice of the complainant, including but not limited to the loss caused by Feat's compensation to the complainant and the damage to the author's reputation and goodwill, etc.;

4. Treatment principle: Feat will give a reply within seven working days after receiving the report; Any legal dispute arising from the use of Feat for business purposes shall be settled by the parties and shall have nothing to do with Feat.

Ⅵ. Feat's Rights and Obligations

Feat will take necessary technical measures and management measures to ensure the normal operation of the platform, and provide necessary and reliable trading environment and trading services to maintain the trading order of the platform; If the platform discovers that the account user is not the initial registrant of the account, the platform has the right to suspend the continued use of the account.
Feat reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate Feat's services and, in exercising such rights, we will notify the relevant users in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law.
Feat reserves the right to correct or delete any information that is clearly wrong without informing the user.
Feat will strictly monitor and review the content posted by users. If sensitive words are found, we will prompt users and block them directly.
Feat platform will review all contents, and has the right to delete all kinds of user evaluation information in the site that does not comply with national laws and regulations, normative documents or website regulations at any time. The platform does not need to notify users in advance when exercising this right. Alert the user once.
We have the right to deal with the infringing information according to the relevant evidence, in combination with the tort liability law, the protection of information network transmission right ordinance and other laws and regulations, as well as the guiding principles of Feat platform.
Feat shall have the right to retain the user's registration information and all transaction records during the service period during the performance of this agreement and after the termination of this agreement, and shall be liable for any illegal use of this information.

Ⅶ. Disclaimer

Feat cannot guarantee the correctness of users' posts and comments.
What users post to Feat represents their personal positions and opinions, not those of Feat. As the content publisher, shall be solely responsible for the published content, and shall bear all legal and joint liability for any dispute arising from the published content. Feat assumes no legal and joint liability for user content.
Feat does not guarantee that the service on the site will meet the user's requirements, nor that the service will be interrupted due to any other event during the service transaction. It does not guarantee the timeliness, safety, or accuracy of the service provided by users on both sides.
If a user engages in illegal activities on Feat platform or by using its functions, the platform shall have the right to cancel his/her account and notify the legal department, and the user shall bear all consequences arising therefrom; The platform will improve relevant vulnerabilities.

Ⅷ. Liability for Breach of Contract

Any breach of this agreement by the platform or the user shall constitute a breach and the breaching party shall be liable for the breach.

Feat platform shall have the right to require the user to compensate the platform or the third party for any loss caused to Feat or the third party because the information provided by the user is not true, complete or accurate;
f a user engages in illegal activities on the Feat platform or the functions on the platform, the Feat administrator may immediately terminate any services provided to him or her, cancel his or her account if necessary, and demand compensation for the losses caused to the platform;
If a user interferes with the normal operation of Feat by technical means or the use of Feat by other users, the platform shall have the right to immediately cancel their account and claim compensation for the losses caused to the platform;
If the user maliciously defames the reputation of the platform or the seller by means of fictional facts or other means, the platform shall have the right to require the user to make a public apology to the platform or the seller, compensate for the losses caused to Feat or the seller, and shall have the right to terminate the provision of various functions and services of the platform to the user;
The law of the People's Republic of China shall apply to the settlement of disputes over the effectiveness of this agreement. Any dispute or dispute between the user and Feat platform shall be settled through friendly negotiation first.
If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon the parties;
